So Council David Marquez is using his official Council Member Facebook page for campaigning purposes, is there a problem there?
Those opposed to Victoria Baca feel it’s a crime to use her personal campaign page to simply show a video from the city, no campaigning no attacking any other candidate, just a city video, unlike Capt. Silent David Marquez who is using his official council member page for attacking his campaign opponent.
